It is hard to believe that Zach Braff and Donald Faison are already about halfway through rewatching the second season of Scrubs on their super popular podcast Fake Doctors, Real Friends. Over the 30+ episodes that have aired, the duo have had several exciting guests. Here are our five favorite.
Ken Jenkins
Zach and Donald were poking fun at Ken Jenkins when they were talking about reaching out to the cast about appearing on the podcast. Jenkins, who played Dr. Kelso, announced he had been moving when asked about attending another event, so they thought he would turn them down, too. Luckily, he gladly accepted the invitation and even roasted Donald at the end of his appearance.
Heather Locklear
On of the most recent guests on the podcast was Heather Locklear. She appeared on two episodes of Scrubs and talked fondly about her time on the series. She also discussed her time working with Donald on Uptown Girls, being on TJ Hooker and Dynasty at the same time, and starring on a series with Willian Shatner.
Scott Foley
Scott Foley appeared on 12 episodes of the comedy on seasons 1, 3, and 8. Faison and Foley discussed their time working on the WB series Felicity, where Faison appeared in 23 episodes between seasons 2-4. Foley also expressed his love for the song JD and Turk sing on the fire escape of the Scrubs episode the three discussed.
Sarah Chalke
Elliot Reid is my favorite character on Scrubs, so I am excited that Sarah Chalke has appeared several times on the podcast. She even took the time to appear on the special episode that focused on the blackface controversy. Every time she has been on, you can see the true friendship these three developed over during their time on the series.
Neil Flynn
Though the Janitor has a small part on the first season of Scrubs, Neil Flynn still made his mark on the fans. His appearance on the podcast did not include much discussion about the episode, but the three did talk about several pilots they were willing to develop that includes the Janitor in Space. I don't know about you, but I would watch that!
