We still don't have a release date for Peacock's Saved by the Bell revival. But that hasn't stopped the streaming network for releasing trailers to keep the fans... so excited for the new series. In the latest trailer, we see Jessie Spano (who is now a guidance counselor at Bayside High) stopping Zack's son Mac from giving pills to Daisy. Check it out below.
Jessie (Elizabeth Berkley) explains the reason for taking the pills, "At first, they're so exciting. And then it gets even more exciting. But after that, it gets so scary. And in the end, you ruin your girl group's shot at a recording contract." Fans of the original NBC series know this is referring back to the episode where Jessie herself was addicted to caffeine pills while trying to balance a blossoming music career with Kelly and Lisa.
The clip also shows Mario Lopez reprising his role of AC Slater, who is now a gym teacher at his alma mater. He and Jesse are chaperoning a school dance and thinking about their days as high school students. It has been 27 years since their graduation day way back in May of 1993. Don't you feel old now!
